Meet Jasmyn

The essence of Jasmyn.

I have always been drawn to what lies beneath the surface. Beneath the stories we tell ourselves, the patterns we repeat, the beliefs we inherit, and the ways we learn to survive. Beneath the expectations of the world and the experiences that shape us, I believe there is an innate wisdom within each of us waiting to be remembered.

My work is not about fixing people or helping them become someone new. It is about creating a safe and compassionate space where people can reconnect with who they have always been.

Through HeartSoul, I support individuals on a journey of remembrance. A journey back to the wisdom of the body, the truth of the heart, and the knowing of the soul. I believe that healing happens when we feel safe enough to listen. Safe enough to slow down to hear what the body has been trying to communicate all along.

Over the years, my work as a Wholistic Counsellor, Movement & Mentorship Guide, and Visionary Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist has deepened my understanding that the body holds stories and trapped feelings long before words are available to describe them. The nervous system remembers. The fascia stores and remembers. The subconscious holds belief systems of constraints. Emotions, experiences and survival patterns all leave their imprint within us.

Rather than forcing change, I trust the intelligence of the body and the natural unfolding of the healing process. Like nature itself, growth cannot be rushed. Healing occurs when the conditions are right and safely acknowledged.

My approach is grounded in deep listening, compassion, and presence. I listen not only to what is being spoken, but also to what lives beneath the words. Often, where others see symptoms, I see adaptation. Where others see struggle, I see resilience. Where others see something to fix, I see wisdom waiting to emerge that allows a new frequency and timeline. I have a deep respect for the innate healing potential that exists within every person. My role is to walk alongside others as they reconnect with their own.

Nature has always been one of my greatest teachers. The ocean, the trees, the mountains, the changing seasons, open landscapes, and the quiet intelligence of the natural world continually remind me that life unfolds in cycles. There is a time for growth, for rest, release, and a time for renewal. This same reverence is reflected in my love for wild brumby horses. They embody freedom, authenticity, trust, intuition, strength and presence. They remind me that true power is not found in control but in connection. Not in force, but in relationship.

HeartSoul -the Seat of the Soul is a reflection of everything I value. The Heart is the keeper of balance, the space where spirit and matter meet harmoniously. HeartSoul is the bridge between science and intuition, nervous system regulation and soul remembrance, between counselling and embodiment of mind, body, heart and spirit. At the centre of it all is a simple belief: we are not broken. Beneath the sub conscious conditioning, the wounds, the fears, generational traumas and the protective layers we develop through life, there remains an essential self that has never been lost, our Sovereign Self.

My work is devoted to helping people remember that truth. I walk beside those seeking greater clarity, healing, connection, and authenticity, holding space for the nervous system to soften, the body to release, the heart to open, and the soul to breathe. Because ultimately, healing is not about becoming someone else. It is about coming home to yourself. And sometimes, all that is needed is someone to walk beside you as you remember the way.
